Allergy Therapeutics plc ("the Company")


The Company received notification on 7 December 2006 that, on 7 December 2006,
Dr. Christian Graetz, executive director, sold 450,000 ordinary shares of 0.1
pence each in the Company at a price of 104 pence per share ("Ordinary Shares")
as a consequence of potential new tax legislation in Germany. Following this
disposal Dr. Christian Graetz holds 404,465 Ordinary Shares representing 0.49
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
