Allergy Therapeutics plc ("the Company")

The Company received notification on 6 November 2006 that, on 3 November 2006,
Dr. Christian Graetz, executive director, sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.1
pence each in the Company at a price of 105 pence per share ("Ordinary Shares")
as a consequence of potential new tax legislation in Germany. Following this
disposal Dr. Christian Graetz holds 854,465 Ordinary Shares representing 1.04
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
