Allergy Therapeutics plc ("the Company")


The Company received notification on 26 October 2006 that, on 24 October 2006,
Dr. Christian Graetz, executive director, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.1
pence each in the Company at a price of 105 pence per share ("Ordinary Shares")
as a consequence of potential new tax legislation in Germany. Following this
disposal Dr. Christian Graetz holds 1,004,658 Ordinary Shares representing 1.2
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
