The Company was informed on 26 October 2007 that Ignace Goethals, non-executive
chairman, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") on
26 October 2007 at a price of 52p per Ordinary Share.

Following this share purchase Mr Goethals holds 1,897,912 Ordinary Shares
representing 2.32 per cent. of the issued share capital of Allergy.
