Admission of New Shares Pursuant to Exercise of Options

Allergy Therapeutics plc (AIM: AGY), the specialist pharmaceutical company focused on allergy vaccination, announces that is has applied for admission of 415,982 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence ("Admission") each pursuant to the exercise of options announced 12 June 2009. Admission is expected to be on or around Wednesday 24 June 2009.

After Admission of the 415,982 shares, the issued share capital of the Company will be 82,366,614 Ordinary Shares.
