Notification of Major Interest in Shares

The Company has received notification from Henderson Global Investors ("Henderson") informing it that as at 24 October 2012 they held 24,209,997 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 23.96% of the voting rights of the Company that current stands at 101,013,085 Ordinary Shares. No treasury shares are held by the Company.

The notification has occurred following an additional listing of Ordinary Shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Group's Post-Admission Share Option Plan for which the additional Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on AIM on 24 October 2012. Henderson has confirmed that there has been no other transaction in relation to their holding, with all other details remaining as previously notified.
