Additional Listing 

Block Listing applications have been made to the UK Listing Authority for
1,544,000 Alkane Ordinary shares, which may be issued on exercise of options
under the Pre-Admission Share Option Plan, and 257,200 Alkane Ordinary shares,
which may be issued on exercise of share options under the Pre-Admission
Unapproved Share option Plan, and to the London Stock Exchange for these
shares to be admitted to trading.
