VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6, we would like to notify the market
of the following:

Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC's capital as at 31 May 2011 consists of
38,329,927 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p each.  Albion Venture
Capital Trust PLC holds 2,043,273 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC
is  36,286,654 which  may  be  used  by  shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their
interest  in, or change to  their interest in, Albion  Venture Capital Trust PLC
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
