VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6, we would like to notify the market of the following:

Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC's capital as at 30 March 2012 consists of 39,467,119 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p each.  Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC holds 3,079,373 shares in Treasury. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC is 36,387,746, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
