Pursuant to its authority to purchase its own shares, Close Brothers Venture
Capital Trust plc ('the Company') announces that today it purchased 25,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 87.5p per share.
The Company also announces that Jonathan Thornton, Director, today purchased
5,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 87.5p per share.
