The Board of Close Technology & General VCT PLC announces that the unaudited net
asset values of the Ordinary Shares and the C Shares as at 31 March 2007
amounted to approximately 117.09 pence (excluding treasury shares) and 94.87
pence respectively.



This is before accounting for the dividends of 4 pence per Ordinary share and 1
pence per C share paid on 25 May 2007.
