Issue of Equity and total voting rights

Albion Technology & General VCT PLC
The  final allotment for this  tax year of New  Ordinary Shares of nominal value
50 pence  per share in Albion Technology & General VCT PLC under the Albion VCTs
Linked  Top Up Offer  (which was launched  on 1 November 2010) took  place on 5
April 2011 at an issue price of 90.1 pence per New Ordinary Share.
Applications  for 474,229 New Ordinary Shares in Albion Technology & General VCT
PLC were received.
The  net proceeds  of the  Offer for  this allotment  are approximately £400,000
bringing  the  total  to  date  for  Albion  Technology  &  General  VCT  PLC to
approximately £1,653,000.
Application  has been made  to the Financial  Services Authority for 474,229 New
Ordinary  Shares to  be admitted  to the  Official List  and to the London Stock
Exchange  for the New  Ordinary Shares to  be admitted to  trading on the London
Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
It  is expected that Admission  will become effective, and  that dealings in the
shares will commence on or before, 8.00 a.m. on 12 April 2011.
As  at this  third closing  of the  Albion VCTs  Linked Top  Up Offer on 5 April
2011, the   total   raised  under  the  Offer  was  £11.54m  (including  amounts
reinvested).
Following  this allotment  and in  conformity with  the Transparency Directive's
transitional provision 6, we would like to notify the market of the following:
Albion  Technology & General  VCT PLC's capital  as at 6 April 2011 consisted of
43,482,377 Ordinary shares. Albion Technology & General VCT PLC holds 3,166,372
Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore,  the total number of voting rights in Albion Technology & General VCT
PLC  is 40,316,005 which may be used by  shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their
interest  in, or change to their interest in Albion Technology & General VCT PLC
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
