The Company has today received notification of the purchase of shares at the
time of the allotment dated 31 March 2006 by two of the Directors of the
Company. Patrick Reeve and Lieutenant General Sir Edmund Burton KBE have
purchased 200,000 and 30,000 shares respectively in the C Share Offer. These
shares were issued at 100p. Dealings in these shares commenced on 3 April 2006.
