ALBION ENTERPRISE VCT PLC

SHARE PURCHASE, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

Albion Enterprise VCT PLC announces that it purchased 128,000 Ordinary shares at 79.5 pence per share on 24 January 2013. The shares purchased represent 0.40% of the total number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction.  These shares will be held in treasury.

Following this transaction, and, in conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Albion Enterprise VCT PLC's capital as at 24 January 2013 consisted of 34,403,899 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each. Albion Enterprise VCT PLC holds 2,347,255 shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Albion Enterprise VCT PLC is 32,056,644 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Albion Enterprise VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
