TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

Albion Enterprise VCT PLC announces that it has cancelled 230,000 Ordinary shares from treasury on 30 September 2013.

Following this transaction, and in conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6, we would like to notify the market of the following:

Albion Enterprise VCT PLC's capital as at 30 September 2013 consisted of 36,197,684 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each. The Company holds 3,614,255 shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Albion Enterprise VCT PLC is 32,583,429 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Albion Enterprise VCT PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
