CLOSE ENTERPRISE VCT PLC

The Board of Close Enterprise VCT PLC announces that the unaudited net asset
value per share of the Company at 16 November 2007 amounted to approximately
95.41 pence per share. This is before accounting for the dividend of 0.7 pence
per share which will be paid on 28 December 2007 to shareholders on the register
as at 30 November 2007.
