Albion Enterprise VCT PLC
The  final allotment for the Albion VCTs  Linked Top Up Offer (the 'Offer') took
place  on 16 May 2011. The Offer is now closed. The total raised under the Offer
across seven funds managed by Albion Ventures LLP was £11.78m.
The allotment on 16 May 2011 is in respect of the tax year ended 5 April 2012.
New Ordinary Shares of nominal value 50 pence per share in Albion Enterprise VCT
PLC  were issued under the Offer (which  was launched on 1 November 2010) on 16
May 2011 at an issue price of 92.3 pence per New Ordinary Share.
Applications  for 39,309 New Ordinary  Shares in Albion  Enterprise VCT PLC were
received.
The  net  proceeds  of  the  Offer  for this allotment are approximately £34,000
bringing  the  total  to  date  for  Albion  Enterprise VCT PLC to approximately
£1.65m.
Application  has been  made to  the Financial  Services Authority for 39,309 New
Ordinary  Shares to  be admitted  to the  Official List  and to the London Stock
Exchange  for the New  Ordinary Shares to  be admitted to  trading on the London
Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
It  is expected that Admission  will become effective, and  that dealings in the
shares will commence on or before 8.00 a.m. on 25 May 2011.
Following  this allotment  and in  conformity with  the Transparency Directive's
transitional provision 6, we would like to notify the market of the following:
Albion  Enterprise VCT PLC's  capital as at  16 May 2011 consists of 32,383,484
Ordinary  shares with  a nominal  value of  50p each.  Albion Enterprise VCT PLC
holds 274,010 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore,  the total number  of voting rights  in Albion Enterprise  VCT PLC is
32,109,474, which  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the  denominator for the
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their
interest  in, or a change to their  interest in, Albion Enterprise VCT PLC under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
