Albion  Enterprise VCT PLC (the "Company")  announces in accordance with Listing
Rule  9.6.14R that Lord St. John of Bletso,  a Director of the Company, has been
appointed non-executive director of Carbondesk Group PLC, with effect from 24th
September  2009. He  has  also  retired  from  his  position  as a non-executive
director of Regal Petroleum PLC, with effect from 1st January 2010.
