5 April 2007, the Company has today received notification of the following
purchases of Shares by the Directors of the Company on initial allotment;
Maxwell Packe 40,000 Ordinary Shares and Patrick Reeve 31,200 Ordinary Shares.
The price paid for the Shares was 100p.
