The offer for subscription (the 'Offer') for ordinary shares ('Shares') in Close
Enterprise VCT PLC (the 'Company') at an issue price of 100p per Share closed on
4 April 2008.



Applications were received under the Offer for 10,567,738 Shares and will
therefore be met in full. The net proceeds of the Offer will be approximately
£10 million.



Applications have been made to the Financial Services Authority for 10,567,738
Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for
the Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities.



It is expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in the
Shares will commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 7 April 2008.
