Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights and Capital

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

Albion Development VCT PLC (the "Company") announces that it purchased 54,000 Ordinary shares at 69.2 pence per share on the 29 November 2013. The shares purchased represent 0.13% of the total number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction. These shares will be held in treasury.

Following this transaction, and, in conformity with the provisions of DTR5.6, we would like to notify the market of the following:

The capital of the Company as at 29 November 2013 consisted of 37,728,166 Ordinary shares and 6,381,604 D shares, both with a nominal value of 1 penny each. The Company holds 3,769,000 Ordinary shares and 25,625 D shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 33,959,166 in respect of Ordinary shares and 6,355,979 in respect of D shares giving the total voting rights of 40,315,145 .These figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
