Further to the announcement made earlier today regarding the purchase of 6,000
Ordinary Shares, and pursuant to its authority to purchase its own shares, Close
Brothers Development VCT plc ('the Company') announces that it has today
purchased a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 70p per
share.  The Company also announces that it has today purchased 100,000 'C'
Shares in the Company at a price of 85p per share.
