Albion  Development VCT PLC (the "Company") announces in accordance with Listing
Rule  9.6.14R that David Pinckney,  a Director of  the Company, has retired from
his position as Chairman of Syndicate Asset Management PLC, with effect from 31
March  2010. In addition, David Pinckney resigned  from his position as Director
of D P Property Europe Limited (formerly Rutley European Property Limited) on 9
July  2010.  The  company,  which  was  quoted  in  London  and Guernsey, is now
de-listed on both exchanges.
