Rule 9.6.14R that Geoffrey Vero, a Director of the Company, has retired from his
position  as a Director of Crown Place  VCT PLC, with effect from 27th September
2010.

In  addition, Jonathan Thornton, a Director of the Company, has retired from his
position  as a Director  of Albion Venture  Capital Trust PLC,  with effect from
30th September 2010.
