Cancellation of shares and Total voting rights

CANCELLATION,VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

Albion  Development  VCT  PLC  announces  that  it  has today cancelled 142,000
Ordinary  shares, which  were previously  held in  treasury. The Ordinary shares
cancelled  represent 0.4% of  the total  number of  voting rights in the Company
before the transaction.
Following  this transaction, and, in accordance with the provisions of DTR 5.6,
we would like to notify the market of the following;

Albion  Development VCT PLC's capital as at 30 June 2010 consists of 32,672,453
Ordinary  shares and 6,335,155 D shares, both  with a nominal value of 50p each,
with  voting rights.  Albion Development VCT PLC holds 3,266,587 Ordinary shares
in Treasury.

Therefore,  the total number of  voting rights in Albion  Development VCT PLC is
35,741,021, which  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the  denominator for the
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their
interest  in, or a change to their interest in, Albion Development VCT PLC under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
