Issue of ordinary shares and Total Voting Rights

On 8 January 2024, the Company issued 716,867 new ordinary shares of £0.000125 each for the offering of free shares to all eligible employees under the Company's HM Revenue and Customs approved Buy As You Earn scheme (BAYE) from its block listing authority. Those shares rank equally in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the Company.

As a result of that issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 413,009,978 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 413,009,978.

There are no shares held in Treasury.

The above figure of 413,009,978 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
