Director/PDMR Transactions - Initial Notification

The Company announces that it was notified on 25 May 2023, that:

a)   Mo Tagari, Chief Technology Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 6,340 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.156 per Ordinary Share; and

b)   Amber Tagari, a person closely associated (PCA) with Mo Tagari has purchased 6,305 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.156 per Ordinary Share into her AJ Bell Individual Savings Account (ISA).

The above transactions all took place on 25 May 2023.

Following the transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Mo Tagari has an interest is 94,961 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.023% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
