CORRECTION: The "Notification and public disclosure of transactions by a person discharging managerial responsibilities" announcement released on 3 December 2021 at 11:13 under RNS number 5352U has been amended as follows:

"The Company announces that Blythe Investments, a person closely associated (PCA) with Andy Bell, the chief executive officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, purchased 263,051 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) for £3.7825 per Ordinary Share on 2 December 2021."

Details of the 'Name' and 'Position/Status' of the persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in the announcement have been changed from 'Andrew Bell' to 'Blythe Investments' and 'Chief Executive Officer/PDMR' to 'PCA with Chief Executive Officer/PDMR' respectively.

The Company announces that Blythe Investments, a person closely associated (PCA) with Andy Bell, the chief executive officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, purchased 263,051 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) for £3.7825 per Ordinary Share on 2 December 2021.

Following the above transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Andy Bell has an interest has increased to 93,734,067 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 22.83% of the issued share capital.

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
