Sirdar was yesterday advised that BFS Small Companies Dividend Trust Plc has a
notifiable interest in 1,875,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in Sirdar plc
representing 4.1% of the issued ordinary share capital.



It was also yesterday advised that Electra Quoted Management Limited no longer
has a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of Sirdar.



It was today advised that Eaglet Investment Trust Plc has a notifiable interest
in 3,706,945 ordinary shares of 25p each in Sirdar plc representing 8.0% of the
issued ordinary share capital.
