Sirdar announces that Mrs Carol Margaret Verity, wife of Mr JD Verity, the Chief
Executive, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 56p per
share.  Also, Mrs Jacqueline Henry, wife of Mr Kevin Henry, Finance director has
today purchased 8,857 ordinary shares in the Company at 56p per share.
