The Company was notified on 20 May 2015 that Roger Salt, Group Finance Director of the Company, purchased 58,738 ordinary 25p shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 15.3 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Roger Salt has a beneficial interest in the Company of 228,738 Ordinary Shares representing 0.53% of the issued share capital of the Company.
