Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on the 9 November 2009 that on that day, Martin Toogood, non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary 25p shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 12 pence per share. 

As a result of this transaction Martin Toogood has a beneficial interest in the Company of 775,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.68% of the issued share capital of the Company.
