CHANGE OF SUPERVISORS

At the employee representatives' meeting of Air China Limited (the "Company"), Mr. Shen Zhen was elected as employee 
representative supervisor for the fourth session of the Supervisory Committee of the Company and Ms. Xiao Yanjun was re-elected to serve for another term of office as employee representative supervisor for the fourth session of the Supervisory Committee of the Company with effect from 29 October 2013 until the expiration of the term of office of the fourth session of the supervisory committee of the Company. Mr. Su Zhiyong will cease to be an employee representative supervisor of the Company from 29 October 2013 due to the expiration of the term of office. The Company would like to express sincere appreciation to Mr. Su Zhiyong for his contribution as employee representative supervisor to the Company in the past.

The biographical details of the above mentioned employee representative supervisors are set out below:

Mr. Shen Zhen, aged 47, graduated from Central Party School majoring in Management of Economy. He started his career in Civil Aviation of China ("CAAC") since October 1985 and held various positions in Vehicle Administrative Office, Chief Flight Team, office of Cabin Service Department under Chief Flight Team and office of Chief Flight Team at Beijing Administration Department of CAAC. From August 2003 to November 2012, Mr. Shen served as the Deputy Captain of the Fourth Group (1st team) of Chief Flight Team of the Company and as the Party branch secretary of the First Group (5th team) of Chief Flight Team of the Company since November 2012.

Ms. Xiao Yanjun, aged 49, has served as supervisor of the Company since June 2011. She obtained a Juris Master 
from Renmin Universityof China and an EMBA degree from Tsinghua University and is a professional of political work. From July 1988 to April 2002, Ms. Xiao held various positions in Air China International Corporation, including an Instructor at the Training Department, the Secretary of the Communist Party Committee, an Organisor at division level, Secretary of the Party branch and Head of Officer Training. She served as the Training Manager of the Human Resource 
Department of Air China Limited from April 2002 to March 2008 and Deputy directorof the Labour Union of the 
Company from March 2008 to November 2012. She has been Director of the Labour Union of the Company since 
November 2012.

Save as disclosed above, neither Mr. Shen Zhen nor Ms. Xiao Yanjun has held any directorship in any other listed companies or taken up a post in any affiliated companies of the Company in the past three years, or has any relationship with any other director, senior management member, substantial shareholder or controlling shareholder of the Company.

As at the date of this announcement, Ms. Xiao Yanjun does not have any equity interest in the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Mr. Shen Zhen holds 33,200 
A shares of the Company.Save as disclosed above, Mr. Shen Zhen does not have any other equity interest in the Company within the meaning of Part XV of the Securitiesand Futures Ordinance. There is no information that needs to be disclosed on items from (h) to (v) in Rule 13.51(2) of the Listing Rules. No other matter needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company in respect of the Company and its directors and supervisors.

Neither Mr. Shen Zhen nor Ms. Xiao Yanjun will receive any emolument for serving as a supervisor of the Company.
