The Board of White Nile Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Numerica
Capital Markets Ltd ('Numerica') as its new nominated adviser with immediate
effect and wishes to thank Grant Thornton for their endeavours in listing the
Company earlier this year. Numerica is currently working on the new admission
document and anticipate circulating it to the Company's shareholders as soon
possible.
