Resignation of Directors
The board of directors of Africa Opportunity Fund Limited (SFS: AOF) announces the resignations of Mr. Christopher Agar, Dr. Vikram Mansharamani, and Mr. Peter Mombaur as directors with effect from 22 August 2019. These resignations fulfill an undertaking of the Company in its circular to shareholders dated 5 June 2019, to reduce the size of its board of directors to three directors. The Company thanks each of the directors for the considerable time and support given to the Company over several years.
