Quarterly Report

A quarterly report detailing the activities of the Company for the period ended 31 December 2015 has today been issued by Africa Opportunity Partners Limited, the investment manager of the Company.

Further to the intention to merge the Ordinary and C shares originally announced in the Company's interim financial statements to June 2015, the board of AOF decided to delay the merger of the two classes of shares until the conclusion of the Shoprite arbitration, anticipated to occur in 2016.

Electronic copies of the report have been emailed to shareholders.
