The Board of Aberforth Geared Capital & Income Trust plc ("AGCiT") is pleased
to  announce that all the resolutions proposed at the Annual General  Meeting
held  on 23 February 2005 were passed by Shareholders on a unanimous show  of
hands.There was no Special Business conducted at the Meeting.
