                        Result of Annual General Meeting



At the Annual General Meeting of Amino Technologies held yesterday, all
resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed with the exception of Resolution
7.


Resolution 7 was a Special Resolution to grant the authority to issue up to 10%
of the Company's issued share capital wholly for cash. The required majority was
not received.
