AMINO TECHNOLOGIES PLC

PRELIMINARY RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT DATE

Amino Technologies plc (stock code: AMO), the broadband network software and
systems company based near Cambridge, will be announcing its preliminary results
for the year to 30 November 2005 on Monday 30 January 2006.

A press briefing will be held at 11.00 am on that day at Bankside Consultants, 
1 Frederick's Place, London EC2R 8AE.

A lunch briefing for analysts will be held at 12.30 pm at the Tower 42
International Financial Centre, Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1HQ
