(representing some 6.17 per cent. of the total number of shares in issue).

                    NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING

The Company received notification on 4 July 2005 from Fidelity Investments
Limited that Fidelity International Limited ('FIL') and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries have a non-beneficial interest in 3,898,450 ordinary shares in the
Company, equivalent to 6.69 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The
