The Company was informed, by Sten Mortstedt, on 29 April 2005, that he has an
interest in:

1. 5,793,765 ordinary share in the capital of Amino Technologies plc,
   representing approximately 11.35% of the shares in issue and held by Museion
   Forvaltning AB, in which he has an interest by virtue of owning more than
   one-third of the voting capital of CLS Holdings plc.

2. 1,433,333 ordinary share in the capital of Amino Technologies plc,
   representing approximately 2.81% of the shares in issue and held by Shousen
   Corporation, in which he has an interest by virtue of owning more than 
   one-third of the voting capital.
