Amino Technologies plc ('Amino' or 'the Company'; stock code: AMO), the
Cambridge based broadband network software and systems group, announces that
Paul Fellows will be stepping down as a director and employee of Amino
Technologies plc with effect from today, 28 August 2007.

Keith Todd, Chairman, said: 'Paul has made an important contribution to the
Company over the past nine years. The board and I would like to thank Paul for
his contribution to Amino and wish him well in the future.'
