                          Director's Share Transaction

On 10 August 2005, Stuart Darling sold for 205p each 150,000 ordinary shares in
the company which he acquired following the exercise of options on 1 August 2005
at an exercise price of 20p each. These shares equate to 0.26 per cent. of the
company's issued share capital following the option exercise.

Following this transaction, Stuart Darling continues to hold options over
350,000 ordinary shares.
