Amino Technologies PLC 22 December 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 22 December 2006 AMINO TECHNOLOGIES PLC BOARD CHANGES Amino Technologies plc ('Amino' or the 'Company'; stock code: AMO), the Cambridge based broadband network software and systems company announces changes to its Board. Further to the announcement on 25 October 2006 regarding the proposed re-organisation of Amino's Board, Grant Masom has resigned as Chairman and as a non-executive director with effect from 2 January 2007. Mr Masom fulfilled the role of Chairman and non-executive director of Amino Holdings Ltd. from 27 February 2001 and was subsequently appointed non-executive Chairman of Amino Technologies plc from 3 July 2004 following the company's public flotation. The Board of Directors wish to record their warm thanks to Mr Masom for his valued contribution during the formative years of the company. Nick Kuenssberg is standing down with effect from 2 January 2007, having served as a non-executive Director since January 2004 and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. The Board would like to express their warm thanks to Mr Kuenssberg for his professional support during a critical time. David Gammon is resigning from the Board with effect from 2 January 2007. The Board would like to express their thanks to Mr Gammon for his contribution whilst with the Company. The Company expects the appointment of a non-executive Chairman and a further non-executive Director to be announced on 2 January 2007.
