                      Block listing - share option scheme

Application has been made for 500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company which may be issued in due course under the Company's share option
scheme to be admitted to AIM under a block listing arrangement.

It is expected that admission will take place on 7 December 2004.
