Notice of Annual General Meeting

AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, announces that it has posted its Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders.

The AGM will be held on Thursday 27 April 2023 at 9.00am at Napier Suite. Brooklands Hotel, Brooklands Drive, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0SL.

The results of the AGM will be announced via the Regulatory News Service and made available on the Company's website at  www.afcenergy.com .

The Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 October 2022 will be published as soon as practicable ahead of the AGM. As a result of last week's announcement of the successful validation of the Company's "S+" Series fuel cell technology and associated update to commercial arrangements with ABB E-mobility, AFC Energy is working with its auditors to confirm the appropriate accounting and disclosures for the revised agreement within the accounts.   

The Company continues to operate as expected and had cash of c.£40.2 million as at 31 October 2022.

The following documents have been posted or made available to shareholders: 

1.  Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting; and

2.  Form of proxy for the 2022 Annual General Meeting.

The Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report & Accounts 2022 will both be posted to shareholders and published on the Company's website at  https://www.afcenergy.com/investors/financial-reports/ in due course.
