The Company was advised on 6 June 2002 that Reverse Take-Over Investments plc
('RTI') had disposed of 3,000,000 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares of
0.5p each in the Company.

RTI continues to hold 1,500,000 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares of
0.5p each in the Company which represent 4.11 per cent. of the warrants of the
Company in issue.
