The Company announces that it has been notified on 22nd January 2003 that, in
accordance with Sections 198 of the Companies Act, that following the sales 
below, New Opportunities Investment Trust plc no longer has a notifiable
interest in the Company's shares.

21st January 2004 Sold 9,000,000 shares
22nd January 2004 Sold 31,900,000 shares

The shares were registered in the name of Nortrust Nominees Limited A/C NOP01.
