The Company was notified today that the New Opportunities Investment Trust Plc
has disposed of 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following the disposal New Opportunities Investment Trust now holds 43,700,000
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.766% of the current shares in
issue. The shares are held in the name of Capita Trust Company Limited.
