On 5th June 2003 the Company was notified that the New Opportunities Investment
Trust Plc has made the following disposals of shares in the Company:

•         2,500,000 ordinary shares on 3th June 2003
•         2,500,000 ordinary shares on 4th June 2003

Following these disposals New Opportunities Investment Trust now holds
46,200,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 11.4% of the current
shares in issue. The shares are held in the name of Capita Trust Company
Limited.
